The hotel stay begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.
If you leave any items in the cottage, please contact us as soon as possible. Our staff will search the room and inform you if the item has been found. If the item is found, we can send it to you at your expense. Please note that Island of Heron is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left behind, so it’s advisable to make sure that nothing is left in the cottage before departure.
Yes, there is such a possibility. However, guests should leave the cottage by 10:00 PM.
The tourist tax is 2β¬ per night. This amount is not included in the cottage price and is paid on-site.
Yes, each of our cottages is equipped with a safe.
You can only bring small dogs to our facilities, and an additional fee is charged for each pet. Before arriving with a pet, please make sure to contact our staff.
Yes, a deposit of 100 β¬ is required for potential damages. The deposit is collected in cash on the day of arrival and refunded on the day of check-out.
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge at least 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the total reservation price. If the guest does not show up at the property, they will be charged the total reservation price.

Yes, a prepayment of 50% of the stay’s price is required.
If there are at least 30 days left to the reservation, the deposit is fully refunded; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
Yes, our facilities have their own buoys and the possibility of boat docking. The cost varies depending on the size of the boat.
